Narendra Modi, an efficient politician as everyone knows, even chief minister of Gujarat and also the elected prime ministerial candidate of BJP for the upcoming elections is hell busy these days with his enormous campaigns and rallies. Like every other politician, he leaves no stones unturned to campaign for himself and for his party for the Lok Sabha elections. After Congress entitled him with his background as a tea-seller, Modi decided to return back to his voters with a new electoral campaign from tea stalls.
His brand new campaign 'Chai pe Charcha' is a new way to grab attention from his voters and foot his popularity towards a new step. This campaign will be launched on February 1 by visiting a tea stall in Gandhinagar. This campaign will be run over with 1000 tea stalls in 300 cities from where the people can discuss their local issues with Modi through video conferencing.
To make this campaign a huge success some of the senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders will join the tea stalls within few days. Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitley as well as some other heavyweight leaders as chief ministers of Madhya Pardesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh will also participate in the campaign. There are arrangements of live broadcast of this high tech campaign at all those 1000 tea stalls set across the 300 parliamentary constituencies.
It looks like a big budget campaign as well as pretty innovative one, technology is the root of this campaign and is hoped to reach out to many pupils. This interactive session of Modi will have discussions over the problems that common people face in their daily lives and what can the government do to eradicate them. It is termed as 'share-ask-suggest' format which will be a two hour session where Modi is due to speak for 25-30 minutes and then listen to the suggestions on constituency specific or policy specific issues for 45 minutes and the other 45 minutes will be interactive session where the CM will be interacting with the widespread audience. It is operated with the combination of Internet, television broadcasting technology, mobile and social media platforms to get connected with each venue.
Citizens for Accountable Governance (CAG), who are given the duty to organize the entire event, are redistributing a hybrid technology that combines DTH broadcast, high speed internet and satellite uplink. This new campaign will bring limelight over the party and also on the chief minister of Gujarat. With just few days remaining for the campaign to go off, BJP is all set to make it large and are hoping the best for the campaign to become a success.
